Terms and Conditions

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST (Government Goods and Services Tax).

Tariffs are for use of ‘the house’ (not per person) and include linen for up to 6 people. Please advise us at the time of booking how many guests will be staying, to ensure our housekeeper caters for each guest arriving, with the correct quantity of towels, linen, etc.

Deposits and Full Payments:

To secure your booking: A deposit of 50% of the total amount due is to be paid after confirmation of the availability of your required dates. This can be done by direct debit into our nominated bank account, or the ‘trust’ account of the booking agent.

Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival, unless otherwise organised at time of initial booking.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations occurring more than 14 days prior to arrival, your deposit is refundable, less a $25.00 cancellation fee
Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival date — we retain the deposit.
Cancellations made 14 days or less during the peak periods of December, January, Easter, Public holidays and Long weekends, will forfeit the total amount of booking unless the dates can be rebooked.

Minimum Night Bookings

2 night minimum bookings are always required — sorry, no single night rentals
7 night minimum over Christmas peak,** 4 night min. over peak school holidays
3 night minimum over Easter weekend and public holiday long weekends.

**Christmas Peak period is from 23 December to 15 January

Check In and Check Out Times

Check in: 2.00pm (1400 Hours)
Check out: 11:00am (1100 Hours) *** Except Sundays on a ‘weekend tariff,’ when 2pm check-out is allowed.
(We will try to accommodate earlier check in and later check out times, but only by prior arrangement).

Smoking:

Sunset Waters is a smoke free home. Ashtrays are provided on the deck outside, for smokers to use there.

Pets:

Unfortunately at Sunset Waters we cannot accommodate pets.
